Many have thought that Audio House was shrinking it's business through this move. However, the company is actually planning to pass these cost savings to their loyal customers, and to revamp their business concept! The flagship store at Bendemeer has been converted into a showroom that offers 100% cashless payment solutions. This new business strategy has now allowed Audio House to offer electronics at up to a 20% reduction from the lowest prices offered else where island wide!

 

Recently Audio House has revamped the entire showroom and payment system to bring forth a whole new shopping experience to its customers with a completely cashless payment concept. They are Singapore's first store that has gone completely cashless!

 

 

 

 For 10 days from the 11th to the 20th of November 2017, Audio House is giving out free SGD100 vouchers to all new members who sign up - www.audiohouse.com.sg

 

These vouchers will be given in SGD20 denominations, where these new members can offset each SGD20 voucher with every SGD100 spent. It is great savings for people who are looking to buy new electronic or to replace old or faulty ones! 

 

Customers can visit Audio House’s showroom to check out the latest home electronics, touch and feel them, as well as speak to the sales promoters to know more about the specifications or other details related to the products. After deciding on what to purchase, customers can then make their purchases via Audio House’s e-commerce platform, with arrangements of delivery and payments also completely done online. 

 

 The operating hours at Audio House are now shortened from 12.30pm to 9pm instead of previously at 11am to 9pm. However, customers can still browse and make purchases via Audio House’s e-commerce platform which is available 24/7.
