Baby and I decided to cook pasta to pair with this white wine! Home-cooked food is da best!

 

I had a great time pairing my Chardonnay and my home-cooked seafood marinara pasta! It was so versatile and it paired well with everything. The wine felt smooth and had a light aromatic finish.

INGREDIENTS

60mL (2oz) Lyre’s Dark Cane Spirit

15mL (0.5oz) lime juice

90mL (3oz) premium bottled cola

 

Method: Add ingredients in glass. Fill with ice, Stir.

The Dark Cane Spirit smelt amazing with awesome flavor,, and it is absolutely a great alternative to rum!
